Terms of Service

The Livery is a 21+ establishment. You must be at least 21 years old to create an account, register for an event or tournament, reserve a table or place an order. You must give an accurate date of birth, and you must present valid government-issued photo ID at the door. We may refuse entry, cancel a registration and close an account if the age requirement is not met or if the information you gave is inaccurate.

• Keep your name, email and mobile number accurate so confirmations and reminders reach you.
• Your account, QR code and rewards are personal to you and may not be shared or transferred.
• You are responsible for activity under your account; tell us immediately if you suspect misuse.

• Registration is confirmed when your entry is recorded and any fee is paid or marked received by staff.
• Capacity is limited; entries are accepted in order and may close early when an event fills.
• Tournament entry also registers you for the host event. Check-in closes at the time shown on the event page; late arrivals may be marked no-show and forfeit their entry.
• House rules and the code of conduct in our Acceptable Use Policy apply throughout.

Entry fees are shown before you register. Payment is taken through our point-of-sale and matched to your registration automatically. Unless an event page states otherwise, entry fees are refundable up to 24 hours before the event start time; after that they are non-refundable. If we cancel an event or tournament, you receive a full refund or credit. No-shows are not refunded.

Points are awarded once per qualifying action under the rules in force at the time and are recorded in a permanent ledger. Points and rewards have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and may expire or change as the program rules change. Rewards are validated by staff at redemption.

Events may be photographed or recorded for lounge promotion; tell staff on arrival if you prefer not to appear. You attend at your own risk and agree to follow staff instructions. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any event, tournament or order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We may update these terms; material changes are posted here with a new effective date, and continued use of your account means you accept them.
