Acceptable Use Policy

• You must be 21 or older to enter, register or order. Valid government-issued photo ID is required at the door.
• Never register, check in or redeem rewards on behalf of someone under 21.
• Do not give a false date of birth or use another person's account, QR code or rewards.

• Treat members, guests and staff with respect. Harassment, threats, slurs and intimidation are not tolerated.
• No illegal substances, weapons or outside alcohol. Follow staff instructions on smoking areas and seating.
• Dress code and house rules posted at the lounge and on the event page apply.
• Staff may refuse service, end a visit or cancel a registration for conduct that endangers or disrupts others.

• Play fairly: no cheating, collusion, stalling, or entering under more than one identity.
• Arrive by the posted check-in time; late entries may be forfeited.
• Scores and results reported by staff are final unless corrected by a tournament director.
• Abusive behaviour toward opponents or officials results in disqualification without refund.

• Do not attempt to access another member's registrations, payments, loyalty points or personal details.
• Do not probe, scan, scrape or overload the portal, or attempt to bypass age verification, check-in or payment controls.
• Do not upload unlawful content or use the portal to spam other members.
• Report any security issue or account misuse to staff immediately.

• Only provide a mobile number you are authorized to use, and keep it current so messages do not reach someone else.
• Do not request texts for another person without their consent.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out; we never require text consent as a condition of purchase.

Depending on severity, violations may result in a warning, removal from an event or tournament without refund, loss of loyalty points or rewards, suspension or closure of your member account, or a ban from the lounge. Serious matters may be reported to law enforcement.
